When you enter the website, there is a welcome message. Then you need to select your language between English and Spanish. Then you need to agree to the terms and conditions and enter the 17-digit number from your receipt.

3. Click on the red “Continue>” button. Now, you will start the feedback survey.
4. Answer the questions of the survey.
