Visited the Lawton location today and the food was fresh and the location was very clean. The young man that took my order was helpful and polite. Bueno has always been my favorite Mexican fast food restaurant and is a step above all the others and I will continue to make it a preferred location in Lawton for myself and family.
I complete a survey on another place. Got my coupon code for a Taco. But saw no place for feedback. I stopped into Store 8034 because I saw a sign that said “tamales are back”. I have never had your tamales. So I asked if I could get a Taco platter with one Taco and one tamale. I was told they had a tamale platter that came with 3 tamales. I asked if I could replace one of the tamales for a Taco. The The person at the register asked the manager who came up to hear them state my question. The manager shook his head no and walked away. Without ever looking up at me, offering an explanation or apology. It felt very rude. The register clerk said I could get a tamale platter with an extra Taco. I told her I didn’t know if I even would like the tamale. So I said never mind. Just give me a Taco platter. I found the whole experience frustrating, annoying. And not customer friendly. Primarily by the manager. Thank you for allowing a format to offer feedback.
I was very disappointed today!
The guacamole was fresh enough but it was simply avocados mashed, no spices whatsoever.
The chips that came with it were stale as was the taco shell on my Big Freakin’ Taco.
Most disappointing was the amount of grease that ran out of my taco. At least 3 tablespoons.
I ate it anyway as the grease seemed to have escaped on the paper wrapping. But shortly I didn’t feel so good.
This was supposed to be a happy little Sunday evening meal.
Boy, do I miss the days when Donna was here. It was always perfect!
Oh, one more thing, my husband just picked up his wrapper to throw away and he noticed the cold solid grease that had soaked through the paper wrapper and settled on the table. That’s going to take a hot soapy wash rag to get that up. No squirt and go!
I have been going to store 8046 in Little Rock for several years, and filled out your survey form and received a free taco. Now, the store is still printing receipts, but then will not honor them! Bad PR move, not to mention that is in violation of advertising law. Workers say “they told us not to”.
