I’d just like to say that the CVS pharmacy I use here in Sacramento, housed in the Target store on 4th Ave. is a delight. The women and the sole young man (I think his name is Jake) are all delightful. They make picking up prescriptions a very pleasant experience, and they are very scrupulous in keeping tabs on making sure we know how to use what we pick up and to ensure we don’t overlap or misuse the stuff prescribed, mostly for my wife’s cancer follow up care.
A young woman named Bertha has been especially nice, though I’ve yet to have a bad or less-than-pleasant and helpful experience with any of them. You’re lucky to have such good people working for you, especially in times like these.

I visited store no. 59090 on yesterday and today the People are slow and no courtesy training they put your change in the bottom of the canister instead of in the sack and they say thank you or anything and the receipt it’s saying get a card I have a card at town east I always get coupons
I visited CVS #9577 in CA. I had picked out two items but had a great deal of pain in my legs and knees so asked the clerk if there was a chair I could use to rest for a few minutes. She pointed me to the two chairs at the pharmacy at the far back of the store. She also was not inclined to get a chair at all. I was already in great pain, holding myself up with my cane so simply left. Nice work, CVS (sarcasm).
The store at 23ed street and Lee’s summit road in Independence, Mo is SLOW. The pharmacy is closed from 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm for lunch. There are at least a half dozen workers there. Why can they not stagger their lunch breaks like other stores? That is the time period that is most convenient for me so I usually have to make another trip. Very aggravating!!! Also why are they doing covid19 tests at the drive up window? I waited almost 10 minutes for one car.
I want to compliment one of your clerks/associate from the 40th st . branch in Oakland. She is a very warm and caring person who has gone out of her way to help me after my hip surgery. I enjoy just talking to her. She is truly an asset to your business. Her name is Elleni. She is very special. I give her a 10 out of 10.
We’ve been going to CVS on Rockwell in OKC since it opened. All the staff are wonderful people. Somehow there is a huge disconnect between our doctor and the pharmacy. [The doc sends in the script. Pharmacy says they didn’t receive it. We call the doc. The doc resends it. The pharmacy says they didn’t receive it.] This scenario repeats ad nauseum, sometimes for days. This happened yesterday and the day before. When I finally received half of what was ordered yesterday I was given someone else’s receipt. Since CVS texted me this morning I now have to go back the 3rd time for the remaining order.
Also they can’t seem to understand my husband and I share the care card although I’ve gone online and thought I fixed that. If I pick up a prescription without another for him I get no credit for accumulated prescriptions. When I try to buy something using a coupon from my receipt they can’t find verification.

I requested a bronchial inhaler and was sold Bronkaid pills. This moron does not know the difference between inhalers and pills. When I attempted to get a refund minutes later I was told that since opened it was not returnable. Understandabe. No worry. I will contest the purchase with Chase credit cards. You will not be paid for this $16 purchase.
What is not understandable is why you are employing such an idiot at the pharmacy counter, and an idiot in a hijab with a rag on her face.
If you think this is an irrelevean issue, what would not be irrelevent is a lawsuit for damages and costs, inclutding attorneys’ fees.
Send Valerie back to flipping burgers. It will save you money in the long run.
All that paper you print form the register is a wait of paper. The savings advertised only last a week???? Should be minimum one month. otherwise, why shop there??

I like the way that the staff greet by your name. The staff is very helpful, answering your questions regarding the location of over-the-counter meds.
