I have tried several car service business in my area but was not satisfied with the work. I finally tried Firestone, I was so surprised. The work was done correctly, the staff was very plesent and helpful, I could not believe how pleasent and good the service was, I have been going back to Firestone since day one and have no intention of going any place else
At 9am today (8/5/2021) I blew out the rt front tire of my 2021 Toyota Venza because I got up against what I thought was a curb but turned out to be a storm drain with an angle iron cap at the top edge. I put a hole in the tire the size of a $.25 cent piece. I live within 1.5 miles of the Firestone store at 4480 Electric Rd, Roanoke, VA 24018-0722. My wife and I had dental appointments scheduled at 11a. I told the man at the counter about the appointments. He said he would put on the new tire himself and would have me out in time for our appointments. He had me out of there in 31 minutes! We made the appointments. This man is a Firestone STAR. My receipt shows Service adviser/Technician as “10 HAMID.” Invoice # 332090, Store # 020826. He made my problem his problem and I would vote for him in any upcoming election. Please bring his identity, and his value to the attention of any and all of his bosses, locally and at Corp HQ. The guy is Firestone GOLD! I recently moved and the invoice shows my old address. Should read: 3404 Laurel Cir. Roanoke, VA 24018 (540/566-3235)
They told me they don’t grease zerts on a BRAND NEW front end. Went to take my car home and it wouldn’t even drive straight Didn’t even check the castle nuts, I put white out on the tie rod ends for pre adjustment. They were in the same spot! Gave me a POST readout (Non vehicle specific), and said they dont do a pre alignment readout… COME ON NOW!!
Code 328318-128533. The employees did a great job on my vehicle. I had to reschedule a second appointment because my tires were installed opposite of what I had requested. My truck was rolled out of the shop at dark so I didn’t catch the error until the next. Took another 2 days for an appointment but I was able to get the work done.
