I also had no success in taking the survey. I would like to tell you about Oveta a front end employee in the Charleston SC store on Sam Rittenberg Highway.
Oveta went our of her way to help me find dish strainers. That may not sound significant to you, but it was to me. Oveta was gracious, helpful, and smiling. She also helped with payment, all the time smiling and chatting with me. I am new here (Hence the need for a new strainer) and have never really shopped at Target. I will in the future. She was delightful!
I’m not downloading Wave Browser to do this survey. However, we decided to use the self checkout today, 8-28-21. Good & bad, we scanned our last item with the help of the cashier attending the self checkout registers. I started bagging & my husband tapped NO bags because we brought our own. We got home & looked at our receipt & the last item should have been our 4 bananas for $1.00, but instead there’s a charge for $3.19 which says Laundry, cleaning and closet OO bags for $3.19. What are these registers programmed to do? We didn’t buy anything from that department only food items.
11/11/21 11:19 AM I was overcharged by $40.40 . I tol the clerk she charged me 3 times for one item, she told ne to go to the service desk and get it corrected. No apology, she could have cared less! Poor checker.
I wondered if she did it intentionally. If I would have paid cash, would she be honest?

I hope you have plans to come here. We have hobby lobby and that’s awesome. Since Murfreesboro is growing, I-24 is just too busy plus driving in Murfreesboro is rough.
Think about coming to Tullahoma, Tn. A lot of people would love to see it happen. K-Mart is gone (sad).
