The Ace Hardware® Customer Engagement Survey Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on Wednesday, January 01, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, December 31, 2020.
Participants of the customer satisfaction survey must follow the state, federal and local laws.
The Ace Hardware Customer Engagement Survey Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 US and the District of Columbia.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
There are two ways to enter: by completing the online survey with a valid purchase receipt or by mail, with no purchase necessary.
To enter by mail, with no purchase necessary and without completing a survey, you need to hand print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: Ace Hardware® Customer Engagement Survey Promotion Entry, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437

You will receive a specially-marked cash register receipt which will have instructions to participate in the survey.
Follow the instructions to visit https://www.talktoace.com You can enter the website or call 1-866-264-2233.
Enter the Journal number located on the receipt (the “Code”) You will be asked to provide the Survey Code located at the bottom side of your sales receipt. Entrants must have a Code and it must be entered exactly as they appear on the receipt to be entered into the sweepstakes.
Answer all the questions in the survey. Answer any required customer satisfaction survey questions. The answers to the survey will have no effect on a participant’s ability to enter or win.
Enter your contact information. Upon completion of the survey, you will be invited to complete the entry form in its entirety and submit to receive one (1) promotion entry for the month (the “Survey Entry”) during which the entry is received.

Trying to take that survey, I receved from my purchase. Obviously, It’s not working correctly but hey you have a nice store in Garrettsville, OH. I prefer shopping there as opposed to going to another town to Home Depot.
I really like the Priest River. Idaho. store. It has everything from electrical to furniture to wood-burning stoves and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. I’ve purchased a lot there since I moved here nine months ago and always appreciate the variety and cute displays. Thumbs up, Priest River ACE!!!

Andy was very knowable about the various Bar B Q grills, he was friendly and courteous.

The Ace Hardware in Pawleys Island, SC is awesome…the staff is great and always very helpful…we shop there often for things from gas firepits to lamp oil….

You took my phone number and told me that you would call me. I came to your store Saturday October 23, 2021, the staff said that you wasn’t there, but one of your staff, a young lady said that she remembered me. I had a copy of my receipt with the with key item on it and that I prepaid for it at $6.56 after taxes.
Another staff person told me to check back with Ms Hernandez, so now I’m checking to see if my item is there thank you very much Ms Hernandez. To is November 4, 2021 Thursday and I still haven’t received my waffle key. I still have my receipt. The number on my receipt is JRNL#E89868 CUST NO: #5

I went to Westlake Hardware in Clinton, MO yesterday to purchase a heater. I did not know what kind I needed, but Shawn helped me look at what they have in stock and discussed what my needs would be. He was very helpful and I selected the right heater. I’m so glad to have the store and the good employees in our town.
OMG, this is the worse customer service experience. when I access the link it takes me to another site ShoppersVoice, is that correct? There is so much stuff on the screen I am not sure if I am suppoose to leave the TalktoACE site or not. Whoever designed this page did not put much thought into it. So here goes, Store 18427 is a great store, helpful with customer service unlike ACE IT Corporate. The people that work there are considerate, and quick to assist with any questions.
Crowder Bros. Ace Hdw Store Number – 17447 on Manatee in Bradenton, FL is the best! Carolo B. was soooo helpful leading me around to the correct aisles.
I have attempted to take the survey but was led astray. None the less, I wanted to give kudos to Carol B. and Crowder Brothers Ace Hardware. Neat, clean and the greeters at the entrance to help you find what we are looking for is wonderful. It is easy to find help throughout the store to assist. My greatest enjoyment is the gift shop! Beautiful gift ideas and we can’t forget the variety of quality purses they offer.
Visited Golden Gate, Fl. store today. I was pleased with a partial return of an unneeded tool and then went on to pick up a few additional items. Ending up at the service desk in the rear and “SHOP” went above and beyond helping me. My appreciation to your organization and practically your staff. Always a pleasure.
