Giant Food’s customers are invited to participate in an online customer satisfaction survey available at www.talktogiantfoods.com or www.talktogiant.com. The goal is to listen to their feelings and opinions in first hand so the company has valuable information to improve the customer experience based on their actual needs.
At Giant Food, the customer is in the first place and their feedback is always right. Your honest answers will help us improve on the things that you care the most. A lot of changes depend on this and the company appreciate your efforts. This is why it is offering a golden chance for the participants of the survey. Customers taking part of it can win a $500 gift card. There will be 15 winners during three periods held in October, November and December.

- All online entrants must have access to the Internet prior to the start of the Sweepstakes in order to enter via the Online Survey.
- To enter without purchase or taking the survey type: On a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type: your first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (optional). Mail your card in a business-size envelope to: “Giant Food In-store Customer Satisfaction Survey”, PO Box 456, Newark, NY 14513.
- The entry must be postmarked and received by the entry periods.
- Each envelope is considered one entry. Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope are void.
- The Giant Food In-store Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes (the
- “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, or Virginia.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
- Officers, directors, managers and employees of Sponsor (Giant of Maryland) and its related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family are not eligible to participate.

Make a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period.
There are three entry periods during the Sweepstakes: 1-31 October 2020, 1-30 November 2020, and 1-31 December 2020. Consider that there will be one drawing associated with each Entry Period in which a total of five prize winners will be selected per Entry Period.

Previous to logging on the website http://www.talktogiantfood.com , you need to have made a purchase of any amount at Giant Food up to five days ago. Check the receipt date.
Read the instructions very carefully.
Pay attention to all the instructions to complete the customer satisfaction survey so we can take your valuable feedback to improve the service, but also to be sure that you can participate at the sweepstakes for a gift card.
Look for the pin number at your purchase receipt
The pin is a 20-digit number is located at the bottom side of your Giant Food sales receipt. Make sure you don’t include any spaces.

I TRIED VERY HARD TO SEND A REPLY TO THE REQUEST OF A SURVEY AND FOR SOME REASON MY PC ERASED EVERYTHING. YOUR PROCEDURE TO PUT THE CUSTOMER THROUGH, TO GIVE APPRAISAL, IS EXHAUSTING ! WHY NOT SIMPLE AND DIRECT ? IT WOULD BE SHAMEFUL IF AN EMPLOYEE WHO DESERVE HIGH PRAISE WAS NOT GRANTED PRAISE SINCE THE LONG WALK YOU TAKE THE BUYER THROUGH IS TOO MUCH ! I CAN’T REMEBER ALL i SAID, MAYBE IT CAME YOUR WAY ANYHOW. THE CASHIER IS NAMED ROSE, A VERY NICE LADY WITH GLASSES AND DARK HAIR , I BELIEVE, AND LOOKED MIDDLE AGED ! VERY FRIENDLY AN ENGAGING, REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I BELONGED ! THE STORE IS NUMBERED #770, AND I FORGET THE DATE I CAME IN TO SHOP, BUT IT SEEMS WITHIN THE LAST MID -WEEK I HOPE THIS APPRAISAL IS NOT TOO LATE. Tried to do Your survey but the page wouldn’t allow entry
Dreadful – ask Geico how to create a survey – yours is totally ridiculous but if anyone at Giant management actually cares Eric and Yashi are great.
I put into the appropriate spot in the form my pin number and it tells me that I am not in the correct store. This is nonsense because the store 760 is the store in which I purchase more than 90% of my groceries. This is ridiculous and thus I will not attempt to enter this survey anymore.
Excellent personal assistance by HOLLY. We were shopping for our friend who is currently unable to shop for herself. Holly was a great assistance, as she personally guided us to every item that was on my friend’s shopping list. Holly is to be commended for her patience and most professional attitude.

Giant store n EW highway Silver Spring has always been outstanding today with Maawah, made it much more satisfying given lines and her pleasant banter with Giant Customers. Kudos to Maawah in particular

We always shop at Giant Foods. My only complaints are there are never enough cashiers especially on Sunday mornings when the store is crowded as people come from church and also the shelves are empty of many items that we always buy making it necessary for us to go to Shop Rite to complete our shopping often. Our cashier this week was Dawn D and she waits on us every week. She does a great job.
