I was asked by the clerk at the store to fill out the survey, but cannot find it on this site.
Received assistance from an employee named Nance at your Hamburg PA store. I was ready to leave the store when Nancy asked if there was anything she could help me with. I advised I was unable to find a certain two piece fish pole. I told her I checked all the poles in the rack and one unable find the two piece rod. She began looking through the rack and found the pole I overlooked.
Hats off to Nance an employee who went out of her way to satisfy a customer.
