Over the past month the food and service had declined!. Took 12 mi nutes to receive the food (have you ever tried to eat a deluxe burger cold! not good, next time we had to go to the counter the get the food, they had it sitting on the side with again cold food and a melted chocolate shake. Third shouldn’t the fry cook the bag the food have masked and gloves on! Tables were not wiped down very sticky, we go the culvers at last once week with the grandkids I know everyone is rushed in someway or other. But can this please be fixed

Bought three fish dinner’s and wanted mashed potatoes and got French Fries and found this out after getting 20 miles away. Good fish but FF not good. Very disappointed.

I have been to the new Culver’s #0829 in Muskegon four times now and have failed to get a receipt with the info you request for a free single dish or cake cone. Three times drive through and once inside for takeout. My receipts show time, order #, items, total amount. Bottom of receipt says visit tellculvers.com. No problem with Grand Haven store!
My Mom and I went to the Alexandria Culvers to have a burger, when I received my O Rings they were ice cold. How gross. My girlfriend and I went there last week on day and our food was very overdone. I returned part of it to the kitchen to remake. They weren’t happy with me. We ordered no seasoning on the burger and the guy who took our order had a owner name tag on and had no idea that there was a button for that. Not a happy camper. So tonight my friend and I said we would give it one more try, I ordered before she did and I got my food after she was done eating hers, how stupid is that. I sat and watched her eat then she sat and watched me eat. Spoiled our supper out. Not one worker said I am sorry can I give you a coupon or custard for the mix up. No one was in the dining room cleaning table or anything. When we got there we waited about 4-5 min b/4 any one even came to register to wait on us. It was not because noone was working there was about 10 people working. It will be a LONG time before we go back to eat there….
