The procedure is simple. After you visit the retail store, keep your receipt, enter www.TellMandS.com, complete the required information from your purchase receipt, and answer the customer satisfaction survey. If you haven’t got any purchase receipt, you can still participate.

Upon completion of the customer satisfaction survey, you will receive an invitation to enter your contact information. This will allow you to receive a sweepstakes entry.

The company will draw 10 winners at random each month following the end date. The winners will be chosen at random from all completed and valid survey entries. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 15 days of the end date. If the promoter is unable to contact a winner after three attempts, an alternative winner may be selected at random and the promoter shall have no liability to the original winner.
