The procedure is simple. After you visit the retail store, keep your receipt, enter www.TellMandS.com, complete the required information from your purchase receipt, and answer the customer satisfaction survey. If you haven’t got any purchase receipt, you can still participate.
M&S is committed to providing the best customer service. For this reason, it is inviting clients to participate in this online survey. As a way to thank participants that provide their feedback, the retail store chain gives the chance to participate in the sweepstakes.

Today I went to M&S at Tolworth , and cashire named MONA was serving me with polite and nice manners.

Over a period of time I have attempted to do your online survey. There is loads of writing and explanations but the bit that allows you to start seems to be well hidden. I either have no patience or I’m too stupid. For that reason I give up and excellent staff such as Yvonne at the Gyle Edinburgh don’t get any applause. I’m sorry but I don’t want to sit for ages trying to do surveys.

Went to the Hayle Cornwall branch today 18/4/21 to be measured for bras. Pip was the staff member who helped and advised me. I’m about to have surgery and she was absolutely brilliant. She was descret, kind and very knowledgeable about which ones will be suitable. Staff at check out was very nice also. I would give more than 10 if I could

I visited M & S Skippers Lane Store today. I find M & S staff are always pleasant and helpful. Today a lady called Jo served me and my friend on the check-out. She could not have been more helpful and pleasant and did not rush us through the checkout, as some check-out staff do in other stores.

I was served by Mark today at my Mansfield store, very bright and cheerful, brightened up my morning with his lovely warm smile, M&S keep up the good work.
I wanted some shoes and shopped for some at M&S Handforth Dean store. My size was not on display so I ordered a pair and two staff (both named Tracey) checked there was none in store in that size. They ordered me some. They took great care for me and both were lovely. I would definitely give them a 10. May I say that no other shops had shoes that were so comfortable.

Was served in Argyle Street Glasgow today by “Margaret A” @ 1307. Margaret’s service, helpfulness and demeanour was second to none. My only complaint is the difficulty in knowing which website is the actual M&S website online and I was going to give up only I was so impressed with Margaret’s service that I had to persevere. BTW, I am not from Glasgow but was in town visiting my student daughter.
I visited M&S at the Vanguard York at 3 pm today, the food hall alterations looked fantastic. I asked for help, a couple of times , in finding a couple of items, the staff as usual were very helpful and professional. At the checkout, Ali , who has served me many times in the past, was her pleasant and helpful self, as usual. It’s always a pleasure to be served by Ali. Last week we went to Sears Retail Park, Shirley, This is now our neatest M&S as this used to be in Solihull town centre so it’s a bit of a treck but have no option. Anyway all was well till we decided to go for a drink. This was bad from start to finish. Nobody knew how to put there order’s in & caused a queue as it’s all done by touch screens ( people not keeping the correct distance ! ) That all took a long time then we had to wait well over 25 minutes for just 2 cups of coffee! The waitress said it was because they were busy, sorry but that wasn’t true , half empty while we were putting the order in & from then on went very quiet ( 4 pm ) . Yes it’s all new & shiney & it’s also new to the staff but that was disgusting + a elderly couple near to us who came a bit after us also were having to wait a long time who were totally baffled by why it had to change so much & wouldn’t come back to the cafe & neither would we & we visit the store almost every week but we would rather go for a coffee elsewhere. None of my mum’s freinds ( from 65 upwards ) would bother with the new system of putting order’s in.
Sorry M&S but we always enjoyed our coffee at the old store & had really missed visiting during lockdown therefore we were looking forward to going back. You go for a coffee etc to sit & relax –Normally.!

Marks and Spencer has always been my favorite store, and that’s going back a few years .. I am a young 79 year old and always found the fashion for ladies and men not forgetting the little ones…very good value for money..and always keep up with the latest trend. All the store assistance’s are very eager to help if you cant find want you want, Nicola sin Norwich mens department went out of her way to help me with my purchase… its the personal service is what I like…Quality in the food hall .. fantastic…love all the offers..the furniture and bedding is always good quality next to none. May Marks and Spencer go on for another decade…. Thank you everyone … you are amazing….

today I went for a bra fitting at M&S in Norwich. I was attended to by Becca, who was professional, helpful and knowledgeable at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Because of the service she gave, I would definitely recommend this service, she made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

coupons should be £5 of £40 pounds when there is only 2 elderly people living in a household not £9 pounds off £90. especially in Wales when a botle of wine is not included or any alcohol

Went for a bra fitting today at M&S Hedge End Southampton ( not an experience I enjoy I must say) knowing from previous accounts. I started by apologizing & saying this isn’t going to be an easy task. Karen replied it will take as long as it takes, we will get you sorted. After trying on it must have been close to 10 /15 bras. Eureka I had a bra size. I came away very happy with several bras even a couple of sets. I would like to to say a very big thankyou to Karen for being helpful, kind, patient & reassuring. Went to M & S at Shoreham on Saturday 11th September and was served by Carly. She was friendly, chatty and went out of her way to try and find a pair of leggings that weren’t on show but showing up as two pairs left in stock. After hunting high & low they couldn’t be traced but Carly ordered them on line for me. She has a great personality, very helpful & a good rapport with customers. Yesterday I went to the whit gift M&S in Croydon. I only wanted some quick advice on what bra would best suit me because I was way out of my depth I normally just pick up any old think from asda but they usually fall apart after a couple of weeks. A lovely lady Nicola in the womens underware department took her time to show me the range I would be looking for then took me to get measured and brought me lots of different options. I felt so special and she really made me feel important and I left feeling so much better about myself and ended up spending alot but we’ll worth it, in my eyes as the feeling of making myself feel amazing has no price! Thats what Nicola did for me and I’m so greatful to HER !! Thankyou thankyou !! I will definately be coming back xx
I am still sitting in the M&S cafe in Chinehame Basingstoke. I ordered a cheese and ham toastie well when it arrived it was a cheese and ham floppy it felt like and looked like it had never seen a toaster. but i was hungry and it did taste very nice but floppy

I went to the M&S at 173 Oxford Street, Viktoria in Lingerie was very helpful and gave me excellent advice on the types of bras I should wear and the cup size to get.
The two bras purchased are extremely comfortable, I had been buying the wrong cup size.
