The American fast-food chain Taco Bell is inviting its clients to take part in an online customer satisfaction survey to provide honest feedback about their experience at any of its locations in the US. This will get them the chance to win a $500 check.
Entrants must keep the receipt of their last visit to a Taco Bell restaurant. After entering all the information provided, they can start the survey and finally, provide contact information to be able to participate in the sweepstakes.
The survey includes questions about the service offered, the standards of cleanliness, and the overall environment. After answering all of them, entrants get the chance to win a $500 check that the company gives in gratitude.
The company is giving 52 prizes (4 prizes per entry period): each, a $500 check made payable to the winner. All the entry periods run from January to December 2020.

Participants need a computer, laptop, or smartphone with an Internet connection to take part in this survey.
The Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Only people aged 18 or older at the time of entry are allowed to participate.
To enter without a purchase, an eligible entrant may visit https://alternatemethodofentry.com/013300 and complete and submit the registration form. Then follow the links and instructions to save the registration form as a PDF with the barcode present. Then email the PDF to AlternateEntry@prizelogic.com by the respective Entry Period end date.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CT on January 1, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on December 29, 2020. The Sweepstakes Period consists of 13 entry periods within the above-mentioned dates.
Prizes are non-transferable.
The survey and sweepstakes are not open for participants under the age of 18.
Nonresidents of the US are not eligible to participate.
Employees and their immediate family members and those living in the same household as Sponsor, independent administrator (“Administrator”), Yum!
