- If you haven’t made any purchase at Walgreens, you may enter the sweepstakes by mail by hand printing your name, age, complete address, daytime and evening phone numbers on a 3 x 5-in piece of paper and mail it, in an envelope to November 2020 Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes, Dept-S8002 P.O. Box 4006, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006.
- The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

- Visit a Walgreens store and make a purchase. Keep your purchase receipt which is valid for 72 hours after the purchase. In order to be eligible to participate in the sweepstakes online, you must consider the period between November 1, 2020, and November 30, 2020.

When you enter the website, you can select a language between English and Spanish. Once you access the welcome screen, you will be prompted to enter the following information from your sales receipt:
- Survey number
- PasswordÂ
- Time of visit
- Complete the customer satisfaction survey. You need to answer all the questions about your last experience at Walgreens and provide feedback about the service. Upon completion of the survey and acceptance of the sweepstakes official rules, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes.
- Enter your contact information. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to provide your contact information to be able to participate in the Sweepstakes. This will give you the chance to participate and win the check of $3,000.
- Click on the “Submit” button. On or about December 19, 2020, one potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Each Potential Winner will be contacted by telephone approximately 14 days after the drawing date to verify his/her mailing address. Each Potential Winner will then be notified by mail approximately seven days after verification of mailing address.

Your survey does not accept any phone number I enter. It wastes all our time answering questions and then just refuses to accept the phone number, which happens to be the very last question.
It has done this to me twice.
I was just told in a Walgreens that it is your POLICY to not sell American Flags! Who, in your company, came up with this unpatriotic, stupid policy? They should lose their job, like yesterday! Do you know what country you live in? Do you know what this weekend is? MEMORIAL DAY!! And it’s your policy not to sell AMERICAN flags! You, as a company, should be so ashamed! I don’t think the $3,000 Walgreen’s survey is on any longer. If you check the previous winners list it only shows winners for 2020. None for 2021.
I would like to comment on the terrific customer service I had with Roju, Beauty Consultant yesterday at store 07224, site will not allow me to get to the survey and I want to make sure she is acknowledged for her fantastic customer service. The Survey # 0722-4221-696 and password 7210-9070-326. I give her the highest rating there is, I believe it is 9 !! She is wonderful !!!
i JUST LEFT MY LOCAL STORE IN SELDEN, AN I DO NOT THINK I WILL BE BACK. I NEEDED TO PURCHASE SOME THING BEFORE WORK, I FOUND IT AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP ME SO I ASKED A LADY COMING IN AND SHE SENT SOMEONE FROM THE BACK TO HELP ME. Didn’t like this survey, I now get calls from Insuranc companies. This is very disappoining. I don’t think I’ll be going to Walgreens anymore, because, you use do this.
I am a new customer to Wal-Greens since the military would no longer support payment to my previous pharmacy. My first visit to the London, Ky. branch was on the 21st of December 21 to get a flu shot. My scheduled time was 4:40 and the computer service was down and not accepting inputs from the staff. I waited for over an hour for the system to boot up. This technology issue is not good enough. My second visit was on the 29th of December to have two medication prescriptions filled. Yet again the computer system was down which again took over an hour to resolve. Some other gentleman in line commented that he waited three hours for his prescription and that he was changing pharmacy. If the computer support at this location does not improve, then I too will look to get a new pharmacy.
Had a very bad experience with a pharmacist who was rude and one I would not trust. wrote to the office in Deerfield with a copy of receipt and a letter, no response. This was at a store in Milwaukee, Wi.
Due to what could of lead to a trip the ER which he could have cared less. Because of the Walmart store pharmacy was closed I explained and was honest about that., Due to many problems we ran out of what we needed. He knew that and told me my cost would be $67.99 dollars for the item, the next day went to Walmart and purchased several of the item for an unbelieve difference 60 percent. I will be contacting the BBB and the Pharmacal Headquaters. I am a valuable customer of Walgreens
