If you have recently visited a Walmart location, you can share your feedback by completing a survey and then participate in a reward of a $1,000 Walmart gift card. At Walmart, they care about your opinion.
The procedure is simple. You need to enter www.Survey.Walmart.com, complete the required information from your purchase receipt, and answer the survey. If you haven’t made any purchase in the last days, you can still participate in the reward by traditional mail or online.
Walmart is committed to providing the best customer service. For this reason, it is inviting its clients to participate in an online survey to know about their opinions. As a way to thank participants that provide their feedback, the supermarket chain is five grand prizes consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $1,000. Other prizes include 750 gift cards in the amount of $100. The total amount of all prizes to be awarded is $80,000.

I ordered my medications for mail order delivery on March 11, 2021. I know everything is slower now. I called back on 3/19/21 because I had not received. The employee that followed up told me they were boxed and waiting on fed ex to pick them up. I received them today 3/22/21. This is unacceptable. Someone dropped the ball. Here in pierre sd there is a sign out side the entrance requiring to ware a mask by the CDC,but walmart is not inforcing it and the greeters are letting them through,they see them but look away

Having issues with survey. In the Bennington, VT Walmart over the weekend. Cashier had light flashing for approximately 5 minutes. No supervisor in sight. Customers actually had to go looking for one. They were in some windowless room hanging out talking. Some customer service. As busy as the store was they should be out front. And when people avoid the self checkouts how about opening a few more lanes

I went to Owasso ok Walmart wanted dog flea and tick shampoo went and found associate told her what i wanted as it is under lock and key she said she would find someone to help me. Well I found 3 more associates still waited finally went up to front where you return things left my husband in back incase someone came to help us. Talked to the girl up there said she would talk to manager to get key.After 35 minutes of waiting someone came and opened the cabinet. They got our groceries went to checkout the had the one register for 20 items or less checking people out.There was one lady then some people with 3 cart full of items then us then two more behind them. After waiting for 20 minutes a girl came and opened up a register. My question is why is Walmart so cheap that they make people wait like this.Don’t say self checkout as to many items are marked wrong to use this most people don’t keep a eye on how much id rung up is it right or wrong prices I do and have caught so many mistakes guess wewill have to shop Target and Reasors. I spend a lot of money at this store but if things don’t change I;ll shop elewhere.
You {Walmart @ Shadow Hills} have a young man working in your store and I would like to commend him for his above and beyond courtesy and consideration toward me. It is so refreshing to be exposed to such human kindness as is possessed by this young man. I shopped at Walmart a few days ago. Upon returning home, I realized I had left my purse in the shopping cart in the Walmart parking lot!! I rushed back to Walmart, praying all the way, thinking of all the ID, credit cards, etc. I would have to replace! As soon as I entered I asked the security man at the front door if a purse had been turned in, he said it had, and directed me to the security manager at the front of the store. Sure enough, she asked for the description, then brought out my purse from where it had been locked up for safety! I have never been so embrassed as I was on the 28th of june and the 1st of july >On the 28th of June on the east side and JUly 1st on the west side of lancaster. First,let me say i have been shopping at walmart on the east side for 23 years(behind my home, today i needed a few things and i was on the west side, so i stopped in there. There needs to be more quality administered at the checkout , for instance today I was charged twice for the same item coffee sadly I didn’t notice until I got home but that not right this seems to happen all to often but most people just let it go , but I have to say something. Walmart at Farmington, Missouri. Electronic department. Sales persons name, Jon. I have purchased 4 phones from this young man in the last 3 years, i saw him again today. He has ALWAYS, been sooooo helpful. Always answering my questions and solving my problems, always!!!! He is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me. I always try to find him if i am having any problems with the phones. My husband is like a child playing with a toy and always messes up something when he gets a new phone, and as usual, he did just that again today. Off to Walmart and Jon! Poor guy I am surprised he doesn’t hide when he sees me coming!!! Yet he always just smiles at me and asks what he can do for me! I have a complaint. I visited your SuperCenter in Richton Park, Illinois at Central and I57. I wanted to purchase a Cookie/Meatball Maker. The one I picked up had an over the item tag of $3.97. First I tried the self check out and a different price appear of $9.99 + taxes for a grand total of $11.30. I then brought it to the attention of he lady covering that part of the store and was told to go to the Customer Service Counter, Where I encountered a “Shelia” associate. Who said that was the correct price ($9.99) as she had tried to purchase the same item last week and had to pay the $9.99. So if I wanted this item I would have to pay the $9.99. Then I said there was a whole rack of the item at the $3.97 price. She then informed me if I want this item I would have to pay the $9.99 and she kept the item.
I went back to the aisle where they were advertised and check on the item. And sure enough there they were at the $3.97 price. I found another associate, on the had her floor and asked for her help. I showed her the items and she agreed saying I should have been given the item at that price as I DID NOT stock the item and someone who worked in the store had put them in the wrong place. WE went back to Customer Service to talk to “Shelia”. The associate who I found working in the aisle said to allow me to purchase at the price listed . “Shelia” said she had to have approval as she had tried to purchase the item and was not able to at $3.97. She walked away , then returned never saying wait for the person to come.
The helping associate told me to wait as she went to help another customer. I waited a good ten minutes then a young man came over and the associate “Shelia asked him to over ride the register for that lady. Never saying I am sorry, please waited, have a good day, come again, no other communication came from her. To me this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and will send people away. If me along with others do not go to that store “Shelia” will have no reason to be there. We are the public that spend money to keep the store open.

I was shopping at store #07623 in Ceres Ca. today, They lock the paint up and have to take it to a register for you.. I went to the register it was suppose to be at and ask the girl if it was there, she said no, she didn’t even offer to look for it.. I visited Walmart in Ft Wright Ky tuesday morning Sept 28th 2021 at 0753 am to inquire about a Vazio big screen television in the electronics. I inquired about info on availability and possible lay a way plans to a female employee who I won’t name. Not sure if she was having a bad morning but she offered no help with my questions about cost or if there were any in stock and simply walked away. I shop there once or twice a week. Hope she sees better days! She certainly has my prayers for a better attitude.

Walmart keeps adding self checkouts, then keeps them tuned off with only one employee run checkout going. with more than eight people in line. So don’t be in a little hurry when shopping at Walmat or Sams. Plus they keep going up on prices every day. Getting worse all the time. Don’t depend on WalMart as much.

I was in store 1895 in La Quinta, Ca at 12:24pm in the ladies department and saw full baskets of clothing that needed to be put on racks, a ladder cart in an isle, trash on the floor as well as numerous items of clothing in various isles. I took several photos but there is no pace to upload them her It looked like a storm ran through the isles. The bra sizes were not displayed according to matching sizes and was difficult to find my size. Not a happy visit. Boo Hoo.

I opened the car place my purse with the keys inside it in the car/pushed the button to unlock the back and the wind caught the door and locked me out! No cell to call my hubby who was on the golf course.
I went back into the store and ask customer service if I could use their phone/no problem Dana was very understanding. Another employee Courtney over heard us and offered to call the golf course…. getting ahold of the course to let my hubby know I had locked my keys in the car. I went back and forth with my grocery cart waiting for him/2 hours later a kind customer ask me if I was locked out of my car! His name was George he said he can get into any car…5 mins later my door opened! I can thank all the angels that helped me!

my local Walmart located at 800S US HWY 81/287, Decatur Texas 76234, has not had cash in their self-check out centers for months. if you have a few things you have to stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes at a lane with a check our person, or us a credit card for less than a dollar. I have visited other Walmarts and they all have cash self-check out. I think this is a terrible way to run the store.
On December 22, 2021, I encountered a horrible experience! Several times I have been overcharged for an item clearly marked down. I tried to resolve this error at the customer service area. In the past I have let it go. It took over 1/2 hour and several so-called managers and telephone calls to solve the overcharge. A receipt of the error was also provided. We live in Nova Scotia, Canada. We were shopping in Digby on Sat. night. We met the most wonderful customer care supervisor we have ever met. Her name is Crystal H. I have never met such a wonderful customer service person before.. She was over and beyond to help out my husband. We bought him a new razor and when we got home it was not an electric shaver. She took him right down to where they were and was only a few minutes. What a wonderful store Manager she would make. She is the reason we will be going back to this store to shop.
