I got my received and tried to get on out to sonic.com to get my code for my free 44 ounce drink and I can’t pull it up it says it’s not available right now. I actually ordered a Sonic burger with no ketchup no mayonnaise if the pickles and they gave me a hamburger with pickles and mustard only no more vegetables that’s not what I ordered just happened twice in a row in one night the third time I went back they finally got it right. So whoever is running the kitchen there obviously don’t know how to read your ticket where how to make a hamburger with everything on it except mayonnaise or ketchup add extra pickles. Sonic has so many layers to its “feedback” or comments pages that’s crooked congressman couldn’t even get to the site listed on the bottom of my receipts. The first one was easy enough. The “talktosonic” was a complete Rube Goldberg maze! I typed exactly what was written on the bottom of my receipts yet Bing kept showing me pages upon pages of listings which were NOT the actual questionnaire! It was the worst breakfast burrito we ever got from Sonic it was the Sonic at 2015 Old Highway 94 South in St Charles Missouri we were very disappointed will not ever go back there again
